Terms of Sale

1.
Users must access the eRunlite POS solution (hereinafter referred to as the "eRunlite POS") via a data network (wired broadband or wireless Wi-Fi). eRunlite POS shall not be responsible for any data charges incurred by users when using the service locally or abroad.
2.
Users acknowledge and agree that the performance of the eRunlite POS solution may be affected by the stability of the data network and wireless Wi-Fi connection. Users should directly contact their respective service providers regarding any issues related to data networks or Wi-Fi connections. eRunlite POS shall not be liable for any service disruptions caused by problems with data networks or wireless Wi-Fi connections.

Once the activation date is confirmed, it cannot be changed. If a user requests a change to the activation date, eRunlite POS reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of HKD 1,000 per request.
4.
eRunlite POS will provide the features and functionalities included in the offered products and services. Please refer to the product details on the sales website.
5.
eRunlite POS only provides the products and services specified in the solution. Any additional/modified products or services will incur extra charges. For details, please refer to the product information on the eRunlite POS sales website.
6.
eRunlite POS is a self-service system. eRunlite POS does not provide technical support via phone, remote internet access, or on-site assistance.
7.
Users may visit the eRunlite POS Knowledge Center to access user manuals and technical FAQs. They may also use the customer service chatbot in the Knowledge Center for real-time inquiries regarding system setup and operations.
8.
eRunlite POS will charge fees based on the user's selected service plan and any additional products or services. All fees for products and services will be collected in advance.
9.
If a user fails to prepay the next billing period in accordance with the payment terms, eRunlite POS will consider it as the user's intention to terminate the service and may suspend or terminate the service accordingly.
10.
If a user terminates the service, eRunlite POS will delete the user account, and all related data will be permanently deleted 30 days after termination without retaining any backups.
11.
Users are responsible for backing up their own data. They may print and retain daily sales reports or download and store sales data reports on their personal computing devices.
12.
To ensure stable and smooth connectivity while using the service, users should have a broadband speed of no less than 10Mbps.
13.
For optimal performance, users should use an iPad (iOS 12.0 or later) when accessing the service.
14.
The system allows a maximum of one user at a time. If additional users need simultaneous access, they may apply to eRunlite and pay according to the additional service fee schedule.
15.
This software is licensed to users "as is" without any warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Users agree to assume all risks associated with using the service. eRunlite shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, or from the provision or failure of support services, even if eRunlite has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Users acknowledge and agree that eRunlite reserves the absolute right to unilaterally accept, reject, cancel, withdraw, and/or modify any purchased services without being liable for any resulting losses incurred by the user.
17.
Users may not resell, transfer, sublicense, modify, or assign the service or related applications to any third party. All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the service belong to eRunlite, eRun Systems Limited, and relevant third-party suppliers. If a third-party supplier revokes eRunlite's service license, eRunlite reserves the right to terminate the service for users. Users agree not to claim any compensation from eRunlite in such cases.
18.
eRunlite reserves the right to terminate the service at any time. Users agree not to demand compensation for any losses resulting from such termination.
19.
These terms may be revised without prior notice. eRunlite reserves the right to modify service fees, service details, and terms. In case of any disputes, the final decision rests with eRunlite and eRun Systems Limited.
20.
By using the service, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
